    Internet is not very dependable actually. When streaming movies it can’t keep up sometimes, and when it comes to online gaming it’s a joke. I can’t even play a game without completely lagging out with my wife only streaming music, or browsing the Internet. Plus weekends are worse, it’s as if they don’t have enough server capacity. When kids are home from school, it seems the bandwidth is bogged down.

    its a disappointment they are the only providers for the Lakes of the North area. they charge insane amounts for extremely little, their employees are useless and dont assist anyone at all, connections are constantly interrupted and they always say they're upgrading the lines when their has been NO improvement to their speed, reliability, or anything. for a DSL network they sure work just as poorly as Satellite Internet does.
